Texas A&M took care of business against Utah State, cruising to a 44-22 victory in a dominant offensive showing. The transfer wide receiver duo once again made a big impact — KC Concepcion recorded two touchdowns with 73 receiving yards, while Mario Craver racked up 114 yards and a touchdown of his own.
Quarterback Marcel Reed delivered another strong performance, throwing for 220 yards and three touchdowns, while adding 66 rushing yards on 10 carries. His ability to make plays through the air and on the ground continues to solidify his status as one of the top dual-threat quarterbacks in college football.
Terry Bussey opened the scoring with a 34-yard touchdown reception, setting the tone early for an offense that never looked back.
Defensively, transfer edge rusher Cashius Howell turned heads with three sacks on three straight plays, a rare and impressive feat. The defense totaled 9 tackles for loss and 6 sacks overall, though some concerns remain in the secondary, which allowed a few chunk plays throughout the game.
The Aggies will face a much tougher challenge next week as they head to South Bend to take on Notre Dame in a high-stakes road matchup.
