Aaron Nola gave up all six runs in another rough outing Tuesday night as the Phillies fell 6-3 to the Brewers. Nola struck out six but couldn’t keep Milwaukee in check, continuing a downward trend that began last season and hasn’t improved since returning from injury.
Despite outhitting the Brewers 9-6, the Phillies left eight men on base while Milwaukee capitalized on their chances.
The series is now tied 1-1, with Wednesday’s game set to decide the matchup between two of the NL’s top teams.
