Los Alamitos came out swinging and provided the first score that Serra gave up all season. The real momentum shift was when the Griffins forced a safety and then added a touchdown in the final 45 seconds of the half. In a crazy play where Lenny Ibarra, who caught a pass over two Serra defenders and went in for a 45-yard touchdown to give the Griffins a 28-14 lead at halftime. After that it was all Los Alamitos on defense and offense. They absolutely dominated. Serra will face a tough Trinity League opponent Orange Lutheran who is coming off a loss and Serra is 0-4 against them. This will be another test for Serra as this game was a wake-up call for them.
